How to create your
DentBooks account.

STEP 1

Open the sign-in page

Visit getdentbook.com and tap Get access (or tap Create an account at the bottom of the sign-in card).

Email and password

Use your work email. Choose a password (8+ characters) and confirm it. Tap Create account.

Check your email

We send a verification link to the address you just entered. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, tap Resend verification email.

Tip

If the email doesn't arrive in 2 minutes, check your spam/junk folder.

Still nothing? Tap Resend verification email on the signup screen, or contact customer.support@getdentbook.com.

STEP 4

Tap the verification link

Open the email from DentBooks and tap the Confirm my email button. The link expires in one hour. Open it on the same device you signed up on for the smoothest flow.

Tell us about your practice

Your name, practice name, kind of dentistry (general, pediatric, orthodontic, etc.), solo or multi-doctor. You can change everything later in Settings.

Pick your practice software

Open Dental is live today. Dentrix and Eaglesoft are coming — pick the right one and we'll email you when the integration ships. Pick None if you use paper or spreadsheets.

STEP 7

Set up Open Dental (or skip)

If you picked Open Dental, we generate a unique API key. You paste it into your Open Dental client once (Setup → Advanced Setup → API), test the connection, and we backfill the last 12 months. Don't have time? Skip and finish later from Settings → Practice Management.
