How I work
I write the copy the way a dentist would read it between patients — plain language, no MBA jargon. Every feature ships after a real dentist tells me it's worth their time. DentBooks reads your data; it never writes back to your practice management system or your bank, and every row in the database is tagged with your practice ID and locked to your account via Postgres row-level security. Cancel anytime and take your historical data with you — I expect to earn the monthly fee every month.
What I connect to
Bank sync via Plaid takes about 2 minutes — the same flow Mint and Robinhood use, so your credentials live in Plaid's vault, not mine. Open Dental takes about 10 minutes once your Developer Key is provisioned; Dentrix and Eaglesoft are in active development, and Curve is on the roadmap. QuickBooks Online is optional. I walk every new practice through the first sync personally — after that, the dashboard is live and never stores patient names, dates of birth, or phone numbers, only one-way SHA-256 hashes so cohort benchmarks work without identifying anyone.
